Breakfast was limited but ok and stayed the same for the three days. Housekeeping is very poor bed sheets weren’t changed every two nights like most of other hotels, toilet papers were not replaced until I asked for, same thing for the other supply. The electricity shut down twice in my 3 days stay, one time the receptionist came to fix it and the second time they sent the housekeeper!!! They never figured out the problem.

The noise from the street is heard even though the windows are closed and I was in the fifth floor. The temperature in Milan was 31 degrees Celsius and room was very hot and humid the A/C control in the room doesn’t work so as expected at night it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The room was not bad but lacks some essential (in my opinion) stuff like long mirror and a garbage bin, and most importantly the A/C control is only at reception. No health observation gestures I mean there was no face masks or even hand sanitizer at the entrance or near the lift so those hands spreads all you can think of at the lift buttons. Very small front desk with one person only who later on I realized that she is the receptionist,the electrician, the housekeeper, and everything. But once I stepped into the door I felt so disappointed. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.Īfter reading all those good reviews I thought I have to book in this hotel.
